The songs contained on the volumes are serviced to you by Acapella Heaven!
The songs are written by the writers as listed on the volumes.
The master recording rights are wholly and unreservedly the copyright ownership of the mentioned writers!
The songs are 100% controlled and published by the writers and or their respective publishers.
The artwork contained on the Volumes is owned wholly and exclusively by United Promotions UK LTD (UPUK LTD).
Any such reproduction of the artwork must be applied for in writing to UPUK LTD.
PRODUCERS-ABOUT USING A VOCAL
If you wish to sample one of the vocals you must first email requesting 1)Volume number 2)Track number 3)Title to si.lost.paul@gmail.com! It is imperative you do this, as the vocal may already have been requested or be in use. This process is in place to avoid you, the producer,having any unnecessary time wasted!
Once you have been granted the non exclusive rights you will then have an agreed period to produce the vocal into your composition. Once complete, a demo must be submitted for approval by the writers!

LABELS-ABOUT USING A VOCAL

RIGHTS & WARRANTIES:
We warrant that the vocals featured on the Cds have not been previously commercially released prior to release and exploitation on Acapella Heaven.
You warrant that any such vocal used, shall not be signed to a third party without our express consent and subject to the terms and listed in "SIGNING A TRACK"
"SIGNING A TRACK"
Once all rights and splits have been agreed by us.You are in a position to sign your track to a label. However it is imperative the following is adhered to.
1) Inform the label the track contains a sample for which you have been given rights to exploit.
2) Make sure that we (acapella heaven) receive at all times direct accounting for the royalties earned from the exploitation
3) Make sure we (acapella heaven) receive all pro rata shares of advances within seven days of receipt by you.
4) Make sure we recieve the correct credit on all forms of label copy so as to correctly represent all singers, writers, publishers and artists relevant to the sample used in your composition.
EXCLUSIONS
Please note that the following singers cannot be sampled and or exploited. Any such song containing a vocal by any of the following performing artists must be re-vocalled by your own or another singer of your choice.

PURCHASES
When you purchase a volume from the acapella heaven catalogue the cost to you is for supply, postage and packaging (in the case of a cd) and or administartion charges . Purchasing a volume of acapella heaven does not in any way shape or form mean that you have bought and or aquired rights to exploit the samples contained thereon
MISC
When you purchase a volume of acapella heaven the samples on that or those specific volumes are for you personal use only. You are not allowed to lend , hire, copy, distribute, upload, share,resell, advertise, swap, any of the cds and or samples with any other third party.
